Meet Our Team
Wealth Advisor
Dustin Williams
Dustin was born and raised in Lawrence county. He met his wife, Laura, while studying at Indiana State University. They married in 2002 while living in Bloomington. They welcomed their first daughter, Laci, in 2007 and their second daughter, Alli, in 2011. Dustin and his family made Bedford their home in 2014.
Dustin has been in the banking business since 2006 and has been a financial advisor for just as long. The last sixteen years have been dedicated to assisting individuals in meeting their financial goals and retirement needs.
Dustin’s passions are his family, fishing, and golf. He is an avid Pacers fan and enjoys attending games with his girls. When he’s not in the office, you can find him on the lake, at the golf course, or simply in his favorite chair watching his beloved Pacers on TV.
Dustin is an active member of the Bedford Lions Club. He has coached his daughters in basketball and softball at the Lawrence County Boys and Girls Club. In 2021, he was the head coach of the LC Rockets, a 14U, independent travel softball team.

Rachel Parks
Rachel was born in Washington county and attended West Washington Jr./Sr. High School. She is a 2016 graduate of Indiana University where she graduated with her Bachelors of Science in Informatics and minored in Business. She and her husband, Dylan, married in 2016. They welcomed Colton, their first son, in 2019. Their youngest son, Canon joined their family in 2020. They now reside in Orleans.
Rachel’s banking and financing experience began in 2018. Her customer service experience and professionalism led her to become a securities-licensed registered representative and insurance agent in 2019. She began assisting Dustin with his most affluent clients in 2020.
Rachel enjoys spending time with her husband and kids, as well as her sisters and extended family. She enjoys traveling, ping pong, and shopping. Rachel is a proud volunteer of Families Forever where she is actively involved in mentoring young girls in the community. She is also a member of the Orleans Tri Kappa.
